Jurassic World: Chaos Theory News!

I don't think there is any mystery of what happened to Brooklyn.

She is most likely captured & being used to track her friends; like I said before.
Brooklyn is the most technologically skilled person of the guys. One thing I’ve learned when it comes to scenarios in fiction, which is the vibes it get from the whole “Brooklyn’s death” thing since day one, is this: Why kill the most skilled person when you can use them to your advantage? If that’s the case, they’re probably using her for their own evil doings, unless she’s a traitor which I don’t believe so.

A new clip of Chaos Theory has been released.

After helping two wildlife officers calm down a Pachyrhinosaurus, Darius suddenly finds himself face-to-face with an Allosaurus!
Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7kLq1CeMp_Q

In the clip, Darius gets a flashback of the blind Allosaurus & the place where Brooklyn was attacked. It shows blood & a random guy at the scene; could that have been the blood of the Allosaurus & how it got scarred or was it Brooklyn's blood & she actually died?

With just two more days left, I actually just found an article by IGN of an interview they conducted with CT showrunners Scott Kreamer and Aaron Hammersley on the day Yaz’s hologram scene was uploaded by IGN themselves.

They both talk about sone of the stuff expected to see in there, including the confirmation of Nasutoceratops in animated form, which was kinda already confirmed through a McDonald’s card with an animated style CGI model I brought up before here. They also talk more about the characters and the holographic scene, the latter confirming it as some kind of “training ground”, as well as Ortega’s absence and Brooklyn’s “supposed death”.

It was obvious to them that someone like Brooklyn would try to seek answers and become a target to silence. Kreamer said they actually hopped Jenna Ortega would return to reprise her role as she is seen in that attack sequence as well as confirmed flashbacks, but he confirms that because of Ortega’s busy schedule from being a huge star, it made her return impossible. So, Brooklyn in the show isn’t being voiced by Ortega, but by someone else instead, just like her boyfriend Kenji.

Hammersley did say she’s dead, but by how he said it in the interview, I can’t tell whether or not if he’s just poking fun at the critics who want to see more moral danger, or if he’s telling the truth with coated on hyperbole. I’ve seen people online always take an official associate’s statement, word by word, as actual, definitive, factual information. But they always neglected the fact that even associates like him do jokes, hyperbole, and figures-of-speeches as much as everyone else online I see all of the time, because they’re human like them in that specific context.

There’s a lot of stuff going on the sneak peeks and extended trailer on Roblox that I think is worth saving until the series airs and after I see the episodes myself.

It shows blood & a random guy at the scene; could that have been the blood of the Allosaurus & how it got scarred or was it Brooklyn's blood & she actually died?
There is blood in the latest sneak peek, video which was actually more than I expected to see, though not the first in animated format because the Pteranodons in Hidden Adventure had Gallimimusblood on their beaks. But I don’t think it’s Allosaurus blood because the eye would’ve have more obvious damage. I think it’s hers and she was harmed, but it doesn’t answer conclusively if she was 100% killed. What if whoever sent that Allo stopped it from doing so and spared her life but at the cost of an arm or a leg? This, and several other questions I have are what I want to find answered for in either this season or potential future seasons.

Tonight, me and my mom have finally watched the first five episodes of Jurassic World Chaos Theory. Just like we both did with Camp Cretaceous, we plan to watch the first half of the episodes first, and then the last half the next night.

Spoilers below for the summary, not a review, of the first five episodes, but I will say this before it: This show is a lot darker, and a lot more family dramatized, than I previously thought.

Darius Bowman, the main guy of the Nublar Six, is a former Department of Prehistoric Wildlife (DPW) employee. The DPW is the in-universe organization who are the founders of the Dinotracker website, the viral marketing campaign for Jurassic World Dominion.

For a while, he's been after a single specific Allosaurus - a dinosaur that has apparently attacked and killed Brooklyn. After a failed attempt to capture it, he is visited by Ben, who is surprisingly the tallest of the guys now. He reveals, while on Dark Jurassic, a website of conspiracy theories, he sees a pattern of a dark force that's out to get them. In addition, he has gotten messages of suppose threats to him.

It wasn't long where, after a supposed "prank call by Ben" that wasn't, Darius' cabin has been sabotaged and a pack of three Atrociraptors, who surprisingly have a camouflaging ability which I did not see coming for that species, attack them. The three raptors are Ghost, Panthera, and Tiger. Red, the fourth one, is not present for some reason.

Ben has been theorizing and trying to find answers about what is going on from his van, who he has transformed into a min-base of sorts.

The next of the guys they meet up with is Sammy from her farm in Texas. It is revealed she brought Bumpy, the Ankylosaurus from CC, over to her farm to keep and look after. She apparently had Bumpy snuck out from Mantah Corp's former Island when that place was being investigated, which I presume was the government. Yet again, the three Atrocirtaptor's attack, with Bumpy fending them off to let the guys escape, before she is eventually captured by the DPW. Where they will take her now, I do not know yet. The raptors have also killed off Sammy's disgruntled neighbor who hates dinosaurs and who's property gets ruined by Bumpy every now and then. The DPW has also revealed to have captured the Allosaurs that went after Brooks and are taking her to parts unknown.

Whomever is after them is dangerous. They apparently are tracking the guys through their phones. They also apparently sabotage the power to their whole homes, as the same thing with Darius' happened to Sammy's as well. They know everything somehow. They also seem to be everywhere they go, because when Ben and Sammy, who have split up together after meeting up with Kenji after the ordeal at Sammy's to look for Yaz, rescue a trio of Stygimoloch from an abusive animal tamer, "Nublar Bobby", who has a rather cheap park with a salvaged gyrosphere and a "When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth" banner, Bobby may be working with the conspirators.

It does seem to explore the human interactions and relationships with the dinosaurs all over the world in the aftermath of Fallen Kingdom.

The three guys meet Kenji at a trailer home. Apparently, he broke up with Brooks when she couldn't enjoy when he liked because she, who apparently became an investigative journalist, was always on her phone and ignoring too much. Despite this, her "death" has upset him. It's also clear that, when Darius apparently wasn't there to help her, it severed his relationship with Darius and the rest of his family, greatly. Which is very sad to see because it's not the Kenji we all know, and it's also very scary because things like that can actually happen in real life where the best friend or best family member you know most becomes untrusting and depressed in their life because of traumas you may have been involved with or not taken responsibility for when they believe you should have. It also hits close to me too, in a way.

It's a family and friendship issue going on with Kenji, and I hope to see it be rekindled one day. Well, I actually know it will no doubt, because the kind of vibes I get from experience are "obvious" type vibes. The questions I have are when and how?

Brooklyn apparently left a clue for the guys, however. A jacket of hers which Sammy kept has a map and directions about what she was tracking. She left notes on what to do, as well as some things she did, like taking a visit to Kenji's disowned father, Danial Kon.

Darius and Kenji go to visit Danial's halfway house, which is not far away from Kenji's trailer. Since his off-screen arrest in the previous series, Daniel was in prison for five years and became a disgrace to the whole world for his actions. Brooklyn visited him thinking he is responsible for something "dangerous" she's been tracking, but he wasn't, and was just as shocked as the guys were when he heard about her "death".

Shortly after a tough visit though, the conspirators find them once again, and kill Daniel Kon with the Atrociraptors after he saves the boys from them. This was shocking because I thought if he was going to die, it would be much later in the series and not this soon! It also showed, as much as he did abandon his own son and friends in CC, as well as being the greedy overlord of both evil and delusion in said series, he still had a heart to save their lives, and his death hurt Kenji himself too. He even spoke "Dad" in Japanese, despite being annoyed by it initially from his dad. Even I thought his death was so sad...The boys are eventually rescued by someone unknown.

It is revealed the person who is letting out the Atrociraptors is not Soyona like I previously thought, but a mysterious woman who calls them with a whistle. They are loyal to her, and she is not like any person I've ever seen before. She has an odd facial expression which doesn't change, and she moves very oddly, almost like a robot. The only thing that I can describe her as is "mentally ill". Very mentally ill.

I've also just found out that Brooklyn's voice actor is indeed not Ortega anymore, but someone else named Kiersten Kelly.

Tomorrow night, we will watch the rest of the five remaining episodes to continue this very interesting show and share what we've seen then.

Tomorrow night, we will watch the rest of the five remaining episodes to continue this very interesting show and share what we've seen then.

I am also watching the show as we speak.

Not too long ago, word is that Frontier had signed an agreement with Universal so that Jurassic World: Evolution 3 can be made.

None of us know many seasons will the show have, I have been speculating that elements of this show will incorporated into the new game instalment.

I and my mom have finally watched the last five episodes. I still can't wrap my head around how this animated TV show is extremely dark in almost every way possible as it is!

The two boys were rescued by former DPW worker Mateo. He reveals that he was there when Brooks "died". He was given some rather "shady" messages for a delivery, but it never happened as the Allosaurus he was transporting got out on purpose and attacked her.

Darius and Kenji are eventually dropped off at a secret apartment she kept secret from the rest of the guys. The boys find out she had been tracking who's behind the illegal dealings of dinosaur exploiting, and she got the money she got from Daniel for dino purchasing, which Kenji suspects was the plan Daniel had in mind when they talked to him in the fifth episode.

Meanwhile, Ben and Sammy meet up with Yaz at long last who is a part of a therapy program to help people face the fears of dinosaurs, as she too had been dealing with for a while now. She's become braver as a result and is helping others do so at a secure island. But like with the previous homes, the power is sabotaged, and the island is infiltrated. Not only did one Becklespinax go after them in the middle of the campus, but another one did as well at the bridge entrance. The Becklespinax have individual color variations each, I noticed. One that looks like the toy, and the other that's all dark brown.

Turns out, it was the DPW who sabotaged and breached the place, and they attempted to drown the guys as a result. They make it out alive, of course and stowaway into a DPW facility, which is also where they find Bumpy. However, she is shown to be acting strange. With her crate saying "Deceased", Ben fears she is dying.

At the same time, as Darius and Kenji also track down the DPW, they finally start to reconcile, and the latter learns of a secret Darius has been keeping from him. It turns out Darius sent a lot of messages of every kind since Brooklyn's death because he had a crush on her!

Eventually, both Nublar Six groups track the DPW's shady shipping of dinosaurs to a cargo ship dock. Apparently, somehow, they also got Big Eatie too. Nothing is known about the other dinos from Mantah Corp's Island (ex: Little Eatie) though.

They reunite while Ben, who stowed away in Bumpy's crate, tries to help his dino friend out. They fear she is dying, but Sammy thought otherwise, and she reveals Bumpy wasn't dying, but was pregnant!

I didn't know Bumpy was going to have a baby!

There, they encounter DPW CEO, Cabera, whom Ben and the girls met earlier at the DPW base. There, he reveals he wasn't responsible for Brooklyn's "death" and that he released the Allosaurus Mateo had in order to scare her off, not to kill her. He reveals he was the one who made those messages to Ben and on Dark Jurassic, and all that just to send a message to them from ruining what he had established behind DPW doors: Illegal dinosaur exploiting. But he was forced to take drastic measures, as he knew everything about their locations. However, he wasn't responsible for the Atrociraptors at all as he knew nothing about them.

The mysterious woman, who apparently doesn't say a word at all, and other DPW members present at the location trap everyone where they were at, including Cabera. Turns out that Cabera is nothing more than a mere pawn of an even high power whom the woman and the other evil DPW members at the dock are working for only going by the codename "Broker". Cabera is slaughtered, but the woman and her raptors are defeated when Mateo returns to the rescue, inadvertently releasing more dinosaurs including Big Eatie, causing chaos. Darius also releases the Allo he had been tracking and what attacked Brooks for some extra help. The authorities arrive and the mysterious woman and her raptors retreat to parts unknown.

The fight is won, but the problem is still out there, meaning they must find out the truth of what is going on and stop it for good from harming them. Darius finally confesses that even though he did have a crush on Brooklyn, they didn't feel the same as it was with her and Kenji. He couldn't meet her there because he was embarrassed and afraid to face her about it. He tried to run away from it, but it only made thigs worse for him.

Now, he no longer wants to be the coward he was then and is willing to help the others end this problem once and for all. He and Kenji it seems have finally and truly reconciled. Bumpy and her new egg are put in the hands of Mateo to look after, while the rest of the guys stow away on the ship on its way to parts unknown, possibly to where this "Broker" figure is.

Meanwhile, at the same time the DPW gets a message for all about Cabera and his death, it is revealed that Ronnie, Darius' old DPW boss who was introduced in the first episode, is an undercover spy working on a secret investigation with, non-other than, Brooklyn herself.

Yes, the mystery is solved, and I knew it all along. BROOKLYN IS ALIVE!!! But, at the cost of a hand!

The blood shown at the attack scene was her blood, but she wasn't slaughtered like everyone else thought. She just had her hand taken out and she miraculously survived. She wasn't kidnapped at all. Instead, she escaped with her life and went out hiding which was actually one of my guesses I stated earlier in this thread. Also, rather than having a whole arm taken off, it's just her left hand! She also seems to have trimmed her hair down too, because it looks shorter than it was when she was attacked.

The guys and their allies HAVE to know Brooklyn is still alive, and maybe even have her and Kenji rekindle and rebuild their romance back together again. The question now though is when?

This series has gotten so interesting that it is still far from over.

After all, they did say the series will take the guys on an adventure "around the world". And there are still dinosaurs that are at least "confidentially" confirmed in some way not seen in this season. Namely, Dilophosaurus and the Majungasaurus called "Major". Undoubtedly, there is more coming, but when exactly nobody knows yet, but I am looking forward to seeing what comes next in the guys' adventure and investigation...

I too am very curious about that woman... but I don't think "mentally ill" would describe her condition... the way she interacts with the Atrociraptors, even seems to communicate with one psychically for a moment... my first suspicion is she's a genetically modified human clone or something...

I hope we get more information on the mysterious Atrociraptor handler in Season 2.

Do we have some idea who she looks similar to in the past Jurassic movies?
Um, was she revealed before the show's release? Might wanna put a spoiler on your post...

As for your question; no... I'd think we'd recognize that face if she was...

EDIT: Never mind... she's pictured in a video just a few posts higher...

When I watched episode 8 I noticed something odd about the Baryonyx. It's pattern looks very identical to Grim's in Camp Cretaceous season 2.

Could Grim have only been tranquillised or is it just a Baryonyx that looks just like her?
