List of Earth-like worlds, v3

You know, the more i look at your maps,Nicomak, the more I think we are slowly creating a dot to dot picture of the starship Enterprise.

Yeah the one seen from the side, ;) well that will be saucer section only i'm affraid, unless you find your way to Engineering.

That''s my next exploration mission set then. To boldly go to... Engineering?

then you've got to wonder "what the hell are we doing !"
That's what I do sometimes :)

But overall, I was not in this area to search for ELWs, it was just a "by-product" of my journey that leaded me counterclockwise around the galaxy through this area to visit Beagle Point and to do some other things.

Just to prove how useful it can be, I spoted 2 mistakes :
PUWEE XY-A B27-0
-81 -19 64240
Distance : 64 241 (error was : 62241)
Sorry, that was my fault with the coordinates: -81 : -19 : 62240 is correct, so the distance 62,240.59 (62241)
is correct. Anyway, to be sure, next time I always make an additional screenshot of the distance to be sure.

STREAU EOP PK-C D14-2
-1722 -39 64137 (error was : 63148)
Distance : 64 161
And again, my fault, again a mixup of numbers. But to clarify this, I see 64138 instead of 64137?

Yeah you're right for the first one, 62240 it is then.

The second though, i use the lines, not the space in between. 64140 is just below the line that i consider to be 64140. Sol is at 0; 0; 0, it is precisely on the lines for instance. However, 8 or 7 are both good enough.

Red ones are mine ... err dont land on them ^^.

Sol is the white bright square, you can guess where Sagittarius A is.

Right...back in the bubble again. 6000 systems visited and sold this time round and a nice big pile of distant earth-likes to be added to the list.

These are all in this format :

Welcome back! Congrats on reaching Elite, and also leaping from No. 11 to No. 3 on the list! That was one massive submission.

Head to Jameson Memorial, and when the barkeep asks what you'll have, tell him that you'd like a Mirage, and say "Hail Breadbin".

Update: and congrats on No. 1 after your newest post!

Cheers for the info. ;)

I've just been flitting around local space today, trying some builds, stopped by a few systems from the missing screenshot list for ya.

I have just listed name and star type and screeny link as you already have the other details listed for these.

Had a lovely little sightseeing tour out to the Wregoe sector today, I gotta say, it gets a little sparse out there. At one point it took 12 jumps to get to a star 40.4 Ly away. Still, I managed to get some nice pics of these remote picnic spots.

Go into galaxy map, make sure you're on the info tab, then hover over the system you're currently in.

This one is orbiting a gas giant, and has a very close-orbiting moon. Should make for some great views from the moon's surface when Horizons is released!

Say, I don't suppose you could post a screenshot of the system map? I've entered your submissions into the list of course, I'm just curious about how the whole system looks. Correct me if I'm mistaken, but this might be the first Earth-like reported to be orbiting a gas giant as its proper moon.

Update: cool, I stand corrected. It's not the first, but it is still a very rare find.
