I mean, sorta. The difference is that Marine Mania featured a mix of things, like dolphins, sharks, pinnipeds, otters and penguins.
A bird pack, I feel like, wouldn't be taken exactly the same as Marine Mania, although I'd want one.
I feel like they'd call it the "Feathers of the World" animal pack. Imagine the background is scarlet macaw feathers
True, but with the new walk-in exhibits there could still be a decent mix of things going on, and while sharks and dolphins and seals are clearly different to us, the majority of people classify them as just "swimming things" or "fish" which tells me that either people with more animal knowledge are the main audience or people without animal knowledge don't actually care if they recognize a species as long as it has some coolness factor.
I could see some kind of split habitat/exhibit model -
Habitat -
1. Shoebill. Well known from memes
2. Secretary Bird. Zt2 nostalgia
3. Duck/Swan. Recognizable and versatile
4. Grey crowned crane. Highly requested and uses red crowned rig
5. Some kind of pheasant/turkey. Uses peacock rig and pads diversity
WE
6. Macaw. Recognizable and colorful
7. Some type of owl. Recognizable, and would be an insta buy for a certain segment of the population
8. Wildcard. Another bird of prey? A different parrot? Something left field like a dove or puffin?
If the birds are different colors and sizes, people will parse them as being diverse.
