I wouldn't read too much in to the farm theme for the spring sale. It's a general backdrop for Frontier and they've had animals in prior seasonal sales that had nothing to do with the DLC for Planet Zoo. If it is a farm pack or something, I think it would be a coincidence rather than a "hint."

I agree, it doesn't really scream "farm" to me, and even if it did, that doesn't necessarily point to us getting a farm pack. Honestly it's more of a generic spring background, and rabbits and swallows aren't strictly farm animals regardless.

I also agree. I mean rabbits and sheep are really common in easter and spring depictions.

Looking a the rest of the image, wheelbarrows and shovels are already in the game and swallows fit the farm setting but i cant imagine them being the WE animal

I would really not read too much (or even anything) into that picture. The same picture can be seen in the Background of every Frontier Game at the Moment Like JWE 2, PC and Formula 1 Manager.

Sorry for Double posting. But this was the autumn sale picture which started shortly before Winter DLC announcement and at the end we got grasslands Pack and not a rabbit or birds.

Thank god.

I'm ok with the rabbit and of course i want birds (but swallows are not even near the bottom of my wishlist), but i saw a sheep (just a generic sheep) and i felt so let down lol

I really hope is only a background and not a tease. If it is a farm pack with pure domestics i already know i won't be buying it probably (at least not until a big sale).

At least the Twilight Pack (which it also dissapointed me) had the bat and the wombat.

If frontier want to fix tapir, they can do it anytime. We have requested the fix for two years

The backdrop from the official Frontier Steam sale page seems to be leaning heavily towards a domestic/farm pack, with bunnies, a sheep, and swallows flying around. Anything is possible, but I'm 93% sure this means a Farm DLC is inevitable.

I do not hate them and there surely also very interesting breedings which does Not Look usual. But I must say when I go to a Zoo I primarly want to see Wild animals. Sure, I also have a look at the Farm animal area but this happens besides. And thats why I will always prefer a pack with wild animals over a Farm Pack.
