The Galactic Mapping Project & Historical Archive of Exploration

Greetings
- it appears to me as if the text in the entry is written just as you are suggesting,
- either the typo has allready been fixed or perhabs Im not getting your point about what is wrong with the text (English is not my first language...)?
The current text is:
Apparently the scientists found what they where looking for before the facility where... abandoned.
Here, "where" is used in place of "were".
Additionally, the second "where"/"were" should be "was" instead, since the subject of the verb "abandoned" is "the facility", which is singular (as opposed to "the scientists", which is plural, and so "were" should be used with that one)

The current text is: Apparently the scientists found what they where looking for before the facility where... abandoned.

Ok, that is really weird. When I check EDSM that is not the text I see. Instead I see the text with the corrections you pointed out.

Would you mind checking again if the text is still flawed?

I cannot find any entry for this in the POI database - perhabs it was deleted by mistake? Can you provide a link to the original forum post with the entry to help me investigate?
Hi Corbin Moran,
https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threa...al-archive-of-exploration.116450/post-8571959 Was the original post and since we shared the duty this was the post highlighting the end of the committment: https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threa...al-archive-of-exploration.116450/post-9877505

If at all possible then I'd also like the text at the POI to be this:
"DEPLOYMENT UPDATE JUNE 3308 The DSSA #30 mission with s.nr 41.01.001 retires after a two-year service in the remote Kepler's Crest region. June 30th 3308 was the officially last day of the two-part commitment that started with DSSA Reginleif for one year and continued and was finalized by DSSA Right Ascension."

Hi all! I found on Mel 22 Sector MK-D b13-3 2 a strange crash site. Does anyone here know what it is? What is this object and what is it for?

Regrettably, it's just window dressing... there should be some manufactured mats to salvage nearby but that's it.

I forget if the signal reports as "Power Source" or "Power Generator", or "Human Strucuture"... something like that?
Alternatively. It could be (puts on hefty amounts of tin foil) structures that kidnaped members of humanity are being brain-washed into creating by Oisir-Raxxians in order to build their new series of Talmore Lenses.

Hi all! I found a sensor in the system Dryio Flyuae GC-U d3-566 A 1. This place is not far from the Colonia. Is this normal or not?

Thread on it. But TL;DR, they're everywhere.

I called this planet the Blue Abyss. She is beautiful in every sense. The atmosphere on it has a very dense composition.
If you start landing from the unlit side of this planet, it will seem to you that you are sliding in blue opaque milk, and you will be really afraid of this until the landing gear of your ship touches a solid surface.
