I had a look in to the 'Jewel of Cassiopeia' just to take a break. I searched Ruchbah, segin, schedar and Caph. Caph considered the 'Jewel'. The only planet I found something on was in Segin. It had an unmapped planet, the only unmapped planet. It's probably nothing, but it did have an Impact site with no threat level. Furthermore, it did have 3 unshielded skimmers and a pyramid shaped Human building with a rather large main door. It's probably nothing, but I'd thought I'd mention it.
Have you got a picky or which planet its on? Ive mapped and snapped a lot of structures but never seen a pyramid.

It's in Segin. The only planetary body about 20k out. All the other bodies are stars. I will be on later and go back and take a picture.

I was thinking maybe the door opens at certain times and had thought, if my notoriety was high, I could sit and watch if the door opened while my notoriety dropped.

The "whisper in witchspace" looked a bit like a pyramid with an eye at one point; the typical freemason thingie.

In any case, finding an unmapped planet in the bubble at this point shows how little is explored.
I've been trying to get more info on the whisper. Is this the one where it's spectrograph analysed?

I was surprised when the cartography contact gave me the First mapped tag, could be a glitch I suppose.

Here is the path I drug all those items through.

Here are 3 screen shots of the items I used

In the path picture, the highlighted system is closest to what I found to be the L. Signal. The other bookmarked systems criss crossed a few times through where I think it is. In the end, nothing happened. Please note that this location is near the center of the grid location. Next are the places described in CMDR PublicStaticVoid's report.
Edit - CMDR PublicStaticVoid's report found 5 systems that surround an area close to where I was. I believe my hypothesis of triggering an event will not happen, at least not with the items I've brought. All Items are for sale on the Prince Hector with the exception of the Sap 8, Hafnium and Trinkets (No blackmarket) should someone wish to try any other ideas. Prices are set at Galactic Standard at a GREAT loss for me. At this point, I've transcended above the need for credits. I'll leave the Prince in orbit around Stuemeae GG-Y C6380 for a while.

I had a look in the free mason symbol, and believe it's also called 'The eye of providence'. The building in Segin looks like the Pyramid, minus the top half! I never got back there as I was having fun dodging pirates at the CG.

Out of curiosity, have you been to Col 285 Sector BG-O d6-93 on planet 1D with all this stuff?

That feels like it has to be a display bug, given that it's a real-life system relatively close to the bubble.

EDSM's records for Segin have Segin ABC1 being first mapped by Jackie Silver - https://www.edsm.net/en/system/bodies/id/157535/name/Segin/details/idB/8240684/nameB/Segin+ABC+1 - so that must have been a while ago, and they might not have been the first person in-game to map it either.

Do you now show up as the first person to map the planet?

It was on the cartography cash in screen saying congratulations, might have been first footfall?

Ah. That's an old bug, and has tripped up a few people over the years in this thread and elsewhere.

If you fully map a system - which with a 3-star 1-planet system is pretty easy, of course - you'll get a "first to fully map" bonus award screen when you hand in the data.
You get this whether or not you're actually the first. Various people have reported getting it for Lave over the years, long after it was implausible that no-one else had thought of mapping both the planets.

Whether the bug is "you should only get it if you're actually the first" or "it should just say 'full mapping bonus' without implying 'first'" I don't know.

I decided to check out Col 285 Sector BG-O d6-93, is a bust, some good narrative from the comms station but other than that just game glitches.

It could be
  • the cone of the mother of neutron stars
  • a special view toward Barnard's loop slightly visible at the top
  • a black hole sitting close but not exactly on a curve-curve intersection
Could it a representation of the symbol Sa," also known as the "Ankh," The Ankh has sometimes been interpreted as a symbol of a doorway or portal between the realms of the living and the dead.
Edit: I had a look through many rune and symbolic languages and found nothing else that could suggest a link to the symbol. The symbol in the spectrograph could just be static?

This might be reaching a little but, it could look like a cross? I had a search and there is a constellation Cygnus, also known as the Northern Cross,
I know where my next obsession is headed. Lol

Not everything on EDSM is correct. (currently researching a system and i will post my findings when i have concluded them)
It is guardian-related, not raxxla (from what i can tell so far) just to keep it level.

I'm at a loss that, in this thread, you didn't take a screenie 🤦‍♂️ and somehow no one else has been there, in the bubble, to check (including myself). This thread has gotten lazy since my OG acct got kicked lol
