Also, was able to check in with CMDR Unknown on the last cycle. Apparently during the trip out to Semotus Beacon, Unknown's primary computer suffered a power surge. After that it would operate fine when idle, but attempting to fully engage the system would result in a hard reset. Thankfully the backup computer functioned properly, and after a delay to transfer the latest navigation updates into it, Unknown was able to resume jumping out to me.

Foxtrot Romeo 1639 reporting in via the Beagle point relay node,
At this point my copilot has asked the same things more times than i can count. Unfortunately i ran out of shotgun ammunition a light year back. sigh.
Fuel reserves are within nominal range, burning fuel slightly faster than initially calculated but well within safe deviation. Looks like il still have plenty for the return trip.
The secondary flight control panels are serving me well, looks like the primary controlls are until i can get back to colonia. Thats not gunna be until after the new year. Apparently a core component took a beating during a power fluctuation, damaging it beyond repair. It works fine under minimal load, but unfortunately i cannot get it to boot up into flight configuration so its a no go.
For the time being im running off the backup control panel, lets hope this one doesn't break down or im dead in the water.
