Project Status:
The Dark Wheel is once again expanding! This time it is out of HR 4979 and will end Aug 28-30!
Fantastic job CMDRs! Now we get to let that system calm down and see where TDW lands
The details in Charonium have been ironed out with the Leviathan Scout Regiment. The good neighbors policy is the rule of the day, TDW will be no higher than #2 in the system and 20% INF is ideal.
Turdetani - Federal Reclamation Co’s BGS managers and I have been discussing this system and have arrived at an agreement where FRC will assume control of the system as well as the BGS activities there and TDW will remain at #2 with a station to be used to stabilize the BGS. This gives FRC a system they would like to control and keeps TDW in the system at a stable position. All goodness all around! When it comes time for the conflict, we want TDW to LOSE that one.
TDW is #2 in BD-18 3106 and climbing fast! Excellent job CMDRs! Keep that INF rolling and the system will fly the TDW flag very soon!!
Your continued hard work has again resulted in a rather short to-do list for this update!

- LAVE - TDW is to be #2, well below Lave Radio Network, ~20% is ideal
- WOLF 433 - TDW is to be #2, well below LHS 2541 Alliance Combine, ~20% is ideal
- CHONTANTICI - TDW is to be #2, well below Wolf 406 Transport & Co, ~20% is ideal
- LHS 1857 - TDW is a guest of Flotta Stellare, we want to be above the natives, ideally not conflicting with the other player factions
- ARQUE - TDW is a guest of Alliance Rapid-reaction Corps, no work required here
- As a general rule, when factions in a TDW system are in conflict, we want the native faction (Blue N by their name in Inara when looking at the system) to LOSE. Where two non-native factions conflict, neither winner is “desired”, depending on INF level after the conflict, we would likely boost the LOSER to avoid retreat (happens at 2.5% or lower). Two native factions in conflict can be ignored and their INF in the system can be addressed after the conflict ends.
- Another general rule, we want non-native factions above the native factions to avoid invasions. Take note that when factions are above 7% influence, and two of them match in %INF, and at least one of them has an asset, this will trigger a conflict. Where possible keep a few % between non-native factions to avoid a conflict as the loser will likely need to get boosted back up above the native factions for stability of the system.
