Update for the Record:
Peregrina System permit cannot be obtained by in KAGUTSUCHI (faction is there and can be "leveled", but mission does not show up), but rahter in HIP 18609 (tried successful in Kessel Legacy).

Edit: Got the Sirius Permit, it was as I previously thought. Only the Hodack permit is missing now, got all others as well.
Edit2: Giving up on Hodack, as they don't have control over any station in the mentioned systems.
In the end, I finished accumulating 13 permits through selling of exploration data this evening.

How did you get the Sirius Permit
I was Allied with the Sirius Corporation but never saw the permit and assumed it was becuase they no longer controleed the Sirius System

Just got mine by doing missions at Avik.
Got the permit and needed to travel to Sirius to get a confirmation.
Too bad it's yet again a lousy system.
Sirius Corp, the largest corporation in the galaxy.. sells nothing above class 3. :mad:
Has a nice huge star though.
To be honest, these permits are making me sad. Why are they even in the game if there's nothing special about them?

Yea, i tend to agree. These permit-locked systems need to reward the player with unique content of some sort. Otherwise its like spending hours picking the lock of a chest, only to find that it has nothing inside of interest.

Regarding the question in the OP about whether or not HIP 19157 gives out invitation mission to obtain the Peregrina system permit... It does not. I've scanned the BB multiple times in the last days and nothing, I've only seen the invitations in HIP 18069.

In the past your excellent tool, thread has been added to EDCodex. Before EDCodex was released on the 17th of August you have received in the period 5th - 10th of August a PM with an invitation and a special link. After registering and logging in you would automatically become owner of your entry. According to the admin tool(s) you haven't used the special link (yet). Perhaps you have missed the PM or have been (temporarily) away from ED. Its also possible you choose not to claim your entry. Note: Its also possible to assign another commander editing rights for your entry. In either case please send us a PM. You can find your EDCodex entry here.

Alternative way to get ownership
The special link will cease to function in the (near) future, for security reasons. Should you after that point want to become owner of your entry you can use the "Claim ownership" button. In that case please send biobob or myself a PM with the email addressed you used for registration - for verification. You can also use this procedure if you no longer have the PM.

What is EDCodex:
Its a website with a database of currently approx 215+ tools,threads,websites,videos for ED. Any one can and is encouraged to add entries there. EDCodex is and should be community-driven. EDCodex companion thread. Its equally suited for PC's, tablets and smartphones and has RSS feeds.

I can confirm that some of the Ranks have changed.

I was at Master rank & looking forward to Achenar. Didn't get the permit & sent in a ticket. FD Support told me that the information was incorrect.

1st page here gives Achenar permit at rank Master - it is now at rank Squire.

I am Chief Petty Officer, but I got the Vega permit [was supposed to be at Ensign] & Beta Hydri but have not yet gotten the PLX 695 permit [supposedly at Petty Officer].

Tilialia no longer a permit system?

So I flew to the station at Bedaho controlled by the Tiliala alligned faction

After selling 10 million worth of cartographic data I was wondering why no permit mission had been issued.

Went back to the galactic map and found that when clicking on Tiliala, it no longer says permit required..



(EDIT - Decided to go back to Bedaho today as I headed back out - and soon as I docked, the permit mission was there, so I'm guessing it was just some kind of quirk in the program)

Is there a quirk in obtaining ROSS 128 permit?

The list just says you have to be a Warrant Officer - got that promotion yesterday, but no ROSS 128 permit. :S

Also, added CD-43 11917 to the permit list.
