I added sea lions and a restaurant to my zoo.

From the restaurant visitors can also see the bisons and prairie dogs on the other side

The zoo is getting near completion with just 5 habitats left.

New World Bridge made from the art shapes and glass sides. The neon lighting is a separate building to allow easy colour changes.

I’m trying to get good at buildings. My latest attempt is another recreation that ended up being more “inspired by” than a direct duplicate.

And my build attempt, coming in at a whopping 9,000ish pieces . Those wooden geometric beams are 12 pieces each, per floor:

So far the entire upper portion is empty. Thinking of faking out a hotel, or the more likely scenario, building a restaurant.

Now onto the exterior landscaping.

I started working on the Australian area, but since this is a city zoo, an Australian area just means 2 habitats in a corner of the zoo . The first one was supposed to be for emus, but it was too small, so I made it a Tasmanian devil habitat instead.

Too many ideas so used a random number generator to pick a project. It's a rural, small-ish zoo set in Denmark and here are enclosures for collared peccary and capybara.

I finished the other habitat in the Australian mini-zone. It is a walk-through habitat for red kangaroos and wallabies.
