The Galactic Mapping Project & Historical Archive of Exploration

This behemoth of a system beats out the previous rock garden by 12 bodies*. Among the 141 bodies are 8 terraforming candidates (2 of which are water worlds) and several Helium-Rich Gas Giants.

I would prefer descriptions that don't reference other records that might change; can we change this to "as of [today's date] this is the system with the most known bodies"?

*The description for the Norma Rock Garden claims that it has 144 bodies, but that's not true. That number counts asteroid clusters as bodies so it's actual number of bodies is only 129.

Hm, do we want to count asteroid clusters as 'bodies'? I'm thinking you're correct and we should not do that. Norma Rock Garden and one other that I'm thinking of will need to be adjusted.

POI "Momma's Boy" has been updated to note that it is currently the record holder for the most rapid (least time) orbit of any terrestrial body.

Name:Red Cyclotron
Game map search ref:Wregoe QD-K d8-144 D 1
Description:The metal-rich body is spinning at a break-neck pace, with a rotation period of 85 minutes, in an orbit of 170 minutes in orbit around the striking red L-Dwarf, which itself is orbiting a K-Star companion. Silicate Vapour Geyser geosites are present. Note: Found using data from EDSM and EDastro.
This would be a spectacular place to do time lapses!

Desc: "This medium sized red nebula is located 1300 Ly above the Pomegranate Nebula. The nebula is populated with main-sequence stars from class M to class B, and is noticeably devoid of neutron stars and white dwarf stars. The lack of stellar remnants suggests this is a newly collapsed gas cloud."

Missing photo request for Synaulooe AA-A h2. This is the lowest system from which one can return without double supercharging or other shenanigans. It was discovered by ReggieN0ble.

This system is a bit hard to photograph as the three stars are not very close together, meaning you either get lots of blackness and some dots, or one star very big and the others tiny. Anyhow, here's the best I managed.

Upper left shows the galaxy and the three stars.
Upper right was an attempt to get the Magellanic Clouds into the shot. It looked good on my OLED TV but on a monitor they don't show so well.
Lower left shows the large O-class star at system entry with the other two stars just above its limb.

Bonus round - I recently visited Peak whilst I was touring the heights and depths to get pictures, and I couldn't help but notice that the EDSM image was rather dark. Here's a nice picture of the ELW there if you wish to use it :)

Description:In this system you can find all the materials for FSD Injections. This is a GREEN system. This system is situated not far from Explorer's Anchorage. Next to that the system is a host for two bodies with a unique surface feature.
Including are two screenshots of body 6 A. The most striking of the two.
