Laptops are trickier to spec because they sometimes have heat troubles and downclock themselves. Mobile graphics chips are generally weaker too. A quad core CPU at 2ghz at is a good benchmark (I have heard of some getting away with dual core) and even an old i7 like my 870 is capable. An i5 should be ok too. As for the graphics chip it will depend on the resolution you want to run at. For my 1920x1200 a GTX 750Ti is pretty reasonable on ultra settings but I wouldn't want to go much lower than that without dropping my resolution or settings. You can use

That throttle/stick combo will work great as many use them. I think the x52 is probably more popular but that is probably down to the age of the stick and the recent promo FD did. The x55 and and Warthogs are pretty popular and at the budget end the T-Flight or T.16000m are common.
