Well seems like my old Corvette is finally ready to re-MOT test. X Fingers she passes as fit to fly as I am sooo bored at this space roc crappy mechanic! no services and nowt to do but watch other pilot flying in and out with cargo, passengers etc. Seen a few with heavy corosion damage from ecountering angry thargies,
Gonna try the Trade Computer Extention MkII as soon as I am back in the cockpit.
So my Elite is ready to fly, the X56 is plugged in to the new flight computer build and as soon as my current dental pai feffs orf I will be back in the saddle.

I've now arrived in Odin's Hold. Just out of interest I've listed all the galactic regions I've visited so far in my ED career, so maybe I have too much time on my hands.

This is my fastest ship, a Viper MKIII. It's interesting to cruise at 710m/s, and also dangerous (for me, anyway). It's like flying a banana peel. The ship is only good for going fast.

I just traversed one of my largest Brown Dwarf patches yet, 3400 Ly across. I gotta say, there are a lot of these around and I will never give up my 128 tons of fuel, I'd have to start filtering them out and they need love too, the guilt would be over whelming.
Anyway, there are scoopable stars salted within all patches of that nature, I found this in the last one I crossed.

Yes, ok, it's a bug 🤷♂️. I'm posting here in DD sonce I don't know if this issue is due to my GPU/Driver due to playing in VR or observed by other people who don't play in VR on an AMD 6900 with 22.11.1 drivers in Odyssey Live Once we know at least under which circumstances this is...forums.frontier.co.uk

Busy day in the black got 3 codex's from a tiny ice ball.
Notice no SRV in the background? Frontier gets a belly laugh from making it disappear, had to walk back.
Got my other two bacteria scans walking back, good thing I carry extra power packs.

Ah yes, I've got the t-shirt, baseball cap and a bunch of other souvenirs as well from that disappearing SRV cuz it's back on the ship thing. I think it's generally known amongst commanders as the "Black Death." It often seems to happen when the ship is a long way away, but fortunately it's possible to dismiss and recall the ship from on-foot by pressing "Q" and using the item wheel.
I was hoping FDev would fix it last time but oh no, it was mostly Thargoid this and Thargoid that...
