Btw, re what the NPC ships are carrying in NHSSs, I saw a Blind Pew video recently where he managed scan one & it had a Thargoid sensor on board (not just ordinary cargo).

Most I've come across have had a thargoid sensor, one had a thargoid probe as well, another had fish...

hello, I do "surveillance missions" (ED MC) in the bubble SUNGAI ... LP 102 .... magec .... in the description it is noted that the thargos could be established in the system. ....... BUT .... I ask the question: is it worthwhile to look for them in systems whose resources are exhausted?

What are these "Surveillance Missions" ? I've never seen these...

(For reference, docked up at a station in Magec, nothing there, and just went to the Vanguard, and nothing I haven't seen before in there either.

got something maybe strange. where is the " "Unknown report" link on your EDMC client"?

I joined a NHSS lvl 4 and found at least 7 scouts :/ do you know about this? till now i got maximal 4 scouts in a lvl 4.

I've had 7 scouts in a NHSS level 4 before, I think it's just a rare occurrence or possibly even a bug. A nice and interesting find nonetheless.

I've had 7 scouts in NHSS4 several times. NHSS4 have several different instance types. There's the Cobra flying escort to a T6/T7/T9 and in that scenario will get 4 scouts. But sometimes, instead of a Lakon freighter, there's a Viper in its place. If that happens you will always get 7 scouts. It can also happen, if the instance starts with 2 navy vessels, either imperial or federation. But this one is far more rare.

Found the Thargoids!!!!!!!

The Thargoids are in the Hyades Sector
i went to check some damaged stations to find them an i did just that....blew up twice. The exact star i went to was the Hyades Sector Zp-X b1-2 Star next to the attcaked station and they were there one a number 5 class stargoid and anohter a Level 8 class thargoid that killed me in an instant using a tractor beam and a laser!....so if your searching for them check there if not i warn us all we need a human defense wing to combat these aliens and fast or it may be the end of the human race...there not searching any more they are killing and if we dont fight back were all gonna die.

Was poking around the Maia system to try to find neutral new thargoid types. Found three new types:

Beserker - Heavier Maurader type?
Regenerator - Healing type?
Inciter - Only saw once, no idea! But scary!

Posted in more detail in its own thread with clips and all, just wanted to note it here.
