I voted 'other' because I'll be using my trusty Thrustmaster T.16000M . As a Lefty, it's the only stick I know of that can be set up properly to suit my needs. (No, I don't want to just learn to do it right-handed ta very much. :p )

If on the other hand somebody knows of another stick that will work properly for my kind then I'm all ears....

Current plan, Logitech Extreme 3D Pro to the right and Logitech G13 (already have and use that, might replace it if the Razer Orbweaver drops to a more reasonable price) to the left.

I'll probably give mouse and 360 Controller a chance as well though and end up using whichever feels better (expect joystick)

Nice work breaking the forum layout! :p
Not really your fault though. I'm just astonished by how many forum themes have a fixed width, refusing to adjust at all to your screen/window size, yet allow images to be wider than the forum... Doesn't exactly require a lot of CSS to fix.

Currently own an old Speedlink Black Widow that I had lying around, though I think it might err... metamorphasize into something else. An X-52 Pro looks kinda similar right?

I don't own one but apparently the build quality of these is legendary:

I'll see how I get on with my ancient MS Force Feedback 2 (if it still works at all). If I get a new setup it'll be a CH Fighterstick and Pro Throttle, possibly the pedals at a later date.

Solid pick. I fear I may go for the fanciest CH stick for twice the price

I have bought a wired XBox360 controller. I will try that first, before I have to spend more money just to play one game.
Or maybe I'll train more to use the Force...

Logitech 710 wireless game pad
I'm going to try this first, and see how I go......

WASD keys and a $20 mouse...

and if that doesn't work i'll fall back on keyboard and mouse. until I buy some form of HOTAS combination, probably some Saitek, since that seems popular

Note: I have a Saitek x52 I could borrow from my brother and a Logitech extreme 3d pro joystick that I could use to avoid forking out money in the short term as well.

i'll need to conduct some research before purchasing anything.

Edit: am currently using a G13 / G510s Logitech combination / Razor Naga Hex mouse

Well it's fair to say the Saitek X52 family is spanking this poll...
It is also fair to say that the poll is very much biased towards Saitek. Inclusion of a left-handed joystick, such as Thrustmaster 16000M, would have showed a more balanced outcome.

(But Saitek would still have "won".)
